[#580] adjusted max_requests, max_instances to try to mitigate out of memory issues for now. I need to look into potential memory leaks and hogs, primecache, and pdf generation would be good places to start. https://github.com/vegantech/sims/commit/d302c93b20af7f09c669559473...
