Fix rjs for Principal Overrides

accept, reject, and undo (and update) should use rjs.
Change app/views/principal_overrides/_override to use link_to_remote_degrades (and add a url=>)
Edit should appear on the page, update and undo should update the appropriate sections of the page.
also update the sidebar cells on the left.
