Run through mmsd sims and make sure everything is in open

Try to convert mmsd custom logic to sims-open logic if possible, outline where it can't be done and move it to a plugin
Create tickets for larger portions of what I find.
General interface cleanup, what's on the screen. Any functionality I may have missed

Make grid of differences.
Include what changes, and what will be excluded. And then we can create tickets for the missing part that will be included within open-sims.
