  Summary of Interventions Subreport:

  Don't show headers if there's no data. Alpha Third Grader has something in empty parens.

  Summary of Interventions headers: Too wide & gets pushed. Collapse "goal", "objective" and "category" into one

  Same thing with frequency & duration, as well as start & end date. There needs to be a print style sheet, which should hide the menu & the top banner to start with. Also hide bread crumbs.
