Intervention edit and show changes

Additional notes: Anyone should be able to add intervention comments, only author should be able to edit/delete

anyone can edit. Deletions should be logged explicitly to the logfile

There should only be one active assigned probe, deactive the rest when setting them via edit. (Or reactivate the selected one.) This is a change, so check the pilot to make sure no intervention has multiple probes selected.

Remove the implementer. We should be able to add/remove participants on the edit screen (and view them on the view screen.)

Entering scores for probes should display min/max on screen.
