Student has 1 recommendation of tier nil? and an existing checklist. Student is at tier 2.

def checklist_definition
return district.active_checklist_definition if checklists.empty? or latest_checklist.promoted?- latest_checklist
- latest_checklist.checklist_definition end
Association type mismatch.
def checklist_definition_cache + return checklist_definition
... end nil errors. -
