Fix format of probe graph

it needs the max labeled on the y axis and the scale adjusted.
It needs more padding below it as the x axis labels overwrite the text that follows on the page.

The bars should appear under the title, not to the left.

Bars seem to be incorrectly placed when probe definition has no min (or max or both?)

negative values don't properly scale. Put in 3000 for only score, looks fine. Put in -3000 for only score, looks terrible. Might just have to accept it.
