  The menu under Team Notes will expand. Please add Gather Information from Staff and Respond to Request for Information to the list of commands. NEED MORE CLARIFICATION WITH SOME EXAMPLES
  When Gather Information From Staff is clicked, the following opens on the screen
  

  Who do you want to gather information from?
  ___staff and administrator listed on student’s schedule
  ___predetermined team(s)
  ___other (Do we need a complete staff roster?)
  

  A builder that allows schools to identify members and names of pre-determined teams will be needed. AGREED
  When a save button is clicked, the following email is automatically sent to the recipients identified.
  

  (Student name) has been discussed at our team meeting.  Please share information based  on your perspective by going to (link to student page in IC).  Click on the SIMS tab and    login to SIMS, then click on Respond to Request for Information under the Team Notes    heading.   PERHAPS THIS LINK IS TO SIMS AND NOT THE STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, SOMEWHAT LIKE THE WAY LINKS WORK IN BASECAMP EMAIL MESSAGES.  I WOULD NOT WANT TO MAKE THIS TOO SPECIFIC TO CAMPUS.  I’D RATHER IT BE MORE GENERAL TO SIMS.
