Clean up Student Interventions Report Formatting

Student Interventions Report layout is formatted strangely. The
description runs vertical.
Shawn, can you take a look to see if you can improve the format of
the Student Intervention Report? The html version is what the
builder screen looks like. The pdf version has such narrow columns
that it is very difficult to read.
