Make team consultations contact multiselect

Spring Harbor is a very small school, lots of part time staff. I was working with them to set up their quick list and team consult. They are wondering if it is possible to have two people designated as the team contact, given that if someone is absent for some reason it is likely to be a full week before they return to school. Is this doable?
