  intervention_definition_summary_report.rb is interesting.

  It is called by a regenerate menu option, which then stores the html & pdf files in public.

  Those files show up under "Intervention and progress monitors" in the menu at the left.

  The regenerate link should be available to those with rights to the intervention builder.

  And the menu should be similar, I'm not sure how it should be considering multiple districts though.

  (in terms of where the files are stored.)

  Student Overall- ignore extended profile for now, that will depend on how we implement that, either a server side call (which could be included in the report) or client side( which could not.)

  Flags for Student Report- List of assigned flags for a student (use constants from Flag)

  Student flagged report- student_flag_summary in controller
