set up rack middleware or around filter for detailed logging for specific users

Set a constant with an array of ids , setup some middleware or around filter to log session, parameters, environment info for request and response. Also try to record errors. Log to a specific file for that id. make sure to test this well so it does not interfere with other users, then I can reply and do more extensive tracking and support on the freezing issues.
