the problem is in the special group principals for enrollments assigned to schools that have been deleted (probably via csv upload)

(from [b82a55bf45afdf14fedb3ea012d7b3a36c8b4511]) [#605] fixes this error when an enrollment assigned to a student no longer maps to a school. I need to look at triggers for csv processing, these enrollments should really be removed when a school is deleted (make a new ticket for that). https://github.com/vegantech/sims/commit/b82a55bf45afdf14fedb3ea012...

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
enrollments cleared out on csv upload in [#606] and they've been manually removed on all servers.
