Something like:
Sqlcmd: Error: Microsoft SQL Native Client : Unable to complete
login process due to delay in opening server connection.

another error

The OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI10" for linked server "versifitdev" reported an error. Execution terminated by the provider because a resource limit was reached.

Cannot fetch the rowset from OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI10" for linked server "versifitdev". .look at the last 10 lines of a file, look for the word error, and see if it matches the format
