Baseline for progress monitors

sld interventions require a baseline
if there is no other baseline, then do a baseline. 3 scores,
calculate arithmetic mean and plot.
Baseline cannot be edited.
If non SLD, then baseline is optional. The scores for the baseline should be saved.

perhaps have the baseline joined to the probe, and make probes with baselines immutable.
