Record who enters scores?

this was brought up because at the middle and high school levels they travel from teacher to teacher.
If i have 4 teachers doing the same intervention on one student, how do we know which teacher's data is entered? Does it appear like the grouped interventions if I am doing a single intervention on 4 students that is color coded?
