Encoding error in probe builder after 1.9 upgrade

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
I copied the database to my local machine and could not reproduce; however I could reproduce in production I then tried commenting out the call to the partial and then subsequent portions of the partial. It turns out there was an incompatibility between items in the cache from 1.8.7 to 1.9.3 of ruby. I logged into the console and did Rails.cache.clear and it looks like it is working now.
