- directions and docs
- make sure that neither enrollments.csv nor students.csv are present if skyward_students.csv is present
- check to see if there is a district_school_id mismatch (different field than last year)
- make sure that it isn't missing students (they did multiple schools before but only one school this year)
- this file should be processed first
- split into enrollments.csv and students.csv
- make sure those added files are processed
