Team Consultation Feature Request

Regarding SIMS, I have been asked by one of our building principals if it would be possible to update the ‘Team Consultation Form’ so that anyone on the ‘team’ can add data to the form. I understand, the way it’s set up now is whomever creates the form can request data from others, but then they have to turn around and plug the info into the form. Staff feel it would be more efficient if everyone could enter their own info?!
Is this a possibility?
