Make sure voicemail and support numbers work

Reports of problems connecting to 608 number. It should attempt to contact via google voice and then go to voicemail if there is no answer.

I believe that the problem was with screening. I need to verify with a cell phone that it works when on DND and not.

608 live not blocked-*67 does not work on 800 numbers
calling the wisconsin number with a blocked caller id prompts the user to enter their phone number. everything else works as expected and goes to voicemail as expected.
