Most rspec tests currently failing

Some may be due to not having a test database configured (instructions to do this unclear in documentation - also 'rake gems RAILS_ENV=test' referred to in README results in error "Don't know how to build task 'gems'"

bundle exec rake db:test:preparewill setup the test database.
