Many of the models that have assets aren't included in the asset export

identify these and add them to the export script.
Also create a way to grab the content ...

There are currently six districts with uppercase abbreviations.

It filters by students that have an enrollment in that end_year instead of showing only results matching that end_year

same with grade.

I wasn't able to login to a district by subdomain when it was lowercase in the url (which the browser adjusts by default!) This needs to be fixed!

take max of esl and special_ed (whee max is truthy)
