Dates don't save for new or edited probes

It is always saving as the current date.

(from [752695d4e0ba9eadee28e13c0668e0d556544c24]) [#211 state:resolved] date_selects don't mix well with datetime fields when submitting, they get reset to nil or a default date. Changed the probe administered_at from datetime to date. http://github.com/vegantech/sims...
