Get nokogiri working on OS X machines

Apparently rake gems:build is not sufficient.
Symptom: Factory not found error messages unless vendor/gems/nokogiri-1.2.3 is removed from the project.

Similar issue on windows. I removed nokogiri from vendor, just be sure it is installed locally. I installed it on the production servers.
