- State changed from “new” to “needs_tests”
(from [326395a96c6d13039d2a50481976fcc6d41f5382]) fixes [#238 state:needs_tests] updating a probe definition with minimum scores and an empty benchmark would throw an exception. http://github.com/vegantech/sims...
