Progress Monitor Scores should be in reverse chronological order

On active and inactive interventions, in the table and on the graph.
For an intervention that has ended, when viewing it again, the
listing of progress monitor scores is not chronological or arranged
by scores, just random. The graph is OK.
I think this is an error. The previously entered list of dates
should be listed in chronological order with the most recent date
at the top of the list. I entered scores in random date order and
the graph correctly displayed them in order, but the table did
not.
