Cosmetic changes for school admin menu, quicklist, and district admin

A few suggestions for alphaprin screen
Administration Menu
Can we have a ? that identifies the differences between the three groups?
Manage Groups: Used to set up and edit groups in which you want to enter group progress monitoring data
Manage Quicklist: Used to identify the most frequent interventions used within the school. This allows staff to assign a new intervention more efficiently from the quicklist
Manage School Teams: Used to set up teams to be used to identify the potential team recipients of the Team Consultation Form.

Suggestions for Manage Quicklist
Can we put directions at the top of the screen.
Can we adjust the font size so that Goal is the largest font (size it is) and then the Objective is slightly smaller and Category slightly smaller and interventions within the tiers stays like it is. The rest of the layout looks great.

Change the name of the District Admin Role to the Local System Administrator under the user roles
