  add column to intervention_definitions in table
  put in content builder edit/new as multiselect list
  show in builder on index and show page

  on intervention selection screen
  make category blue if it has any interventions qualifying for sld
  make intervention definitions blue if they are sld qualifing
  put sld criteria in description

  test everything
  quicklist coloring
  deploy to wip
  make video about it?

  color shows up in safari, chrome, ie6,7,8 firefox, opera.

  needs tests for helper, model, lib, and cucumber. basically git diff master...
