Adjust deployment to persist data

change the cold deploy to copy the database to a different file (or use mysql by then.) Change the deployment directions, stop loading the fixtures.)

- Switch to mysql
- Add reset_all cap task (for demo)
- Consolidate attachments.

Put the database.yml.mysql outside the application.
