Student Comment- Edit and remove link, link still displays

To recreate:
1. Create a team note with a link as an attachment
2. Edit the note, remove the link, update.
3. Note that the link is still present on the page.
4. Refreshing the page or editing the team note, it is gone.
Investigate if this shows up in other areas.
