manually entered users should not have anything cleared out. I should also audit and test other models and fix the docs while I'm at it.

possible to add duplicates via editing user, editing school, and having duplicates in the user_school_assignments.csv file.

similar problem with special user groups.

Cleared them out manually from all servers, now I just need to track down how they occur. I suspect it's the csv upload.

Be sure to consider implications with personal groups.

the problem is in the special group principals for enrollments assigned to schools that have been deleted (probably via csv upload)
